Where do tours start and end?

Our Nashville ghost tours start and end at various locations in downtown Nashville, which are convenient to most downtown hotels. Please refer to the specific tour you've selected for the location to meet your guide and begin your tour.

Tour length and distance

Our Nashville ghost tours vary in time and distance. Please be sure to refer to the instructions provided on your specific tour booking.

What time to arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The spirits wait for no one, and we must depart promptly to keep our schedule through the night.

What to wear/bring?

Wear comfortable walking shoes for uneven brick and dress for the elements. Bring a bottle of water and your curiosity for the macabre narratives ahead.

Age suitability

We certainly strive for family-friendly enjoyment. Our Haunted Downtown Nashville Tour is appropriate for all ages and our Nashville Haunted Hearse tour is available for children 8 and up. However, due to the nature of the tours, our Nashville Haunted Tavern Tour is limited to ages 21 and up and  our True Crime Tour is for mature audiences only, 17 and up.

Accessibility

The route follows city sidewalks and is wheelchair and stroller accessible, though some historic streets are aged and occasionally uneven in their terrain.

Weather policy

Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of extreme lightning or dangerous conditions, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your passage through the city.

Cancellation policy

Tickets purchased for tours are non-refundable unless the provided insurance is purchased.   It is possible to transfer tickets to another time and date or to another customer. Please contact 615-884-3999 to arrange a transfer.

Late arrivals

Late arrivals may not be able to catch up with the group once we have departed. Please plan for Nashville traffic and city parking well in advance.

Photography rules

Cameras are highly encouraged; ghosts often show themselves in the lens. However, video recording of the guide's historical narration is prohibited.

Scary or historical?

It's a blend of both. While we delve into the dark and macabre side of Nashville, our focus remains on historical truth and carefully researched local lore.
